*C57BL/6 female mice (n = 8 per group) were immunized with heat-killed P. gingivalis (Pg) (ATCC33277) and controls received saline. Plasma IgM and IgG to Pg before (pre) and after immunization (post) were determined with chemiluminescence immunoassay. Values are mean ± SD.
