Mmonoculture and the high input of water and fertilizers often result in soil biological environmental degradation in cucumber rhizosphere. The imbalance of rhizosphere micro-ecology system is the main cause of soil biological obstacles in greenhouse continuously cropped cucumber. This project studied on soil microbial diversity in greenhouse continuously cropped cucumber, through regulating crop rhizosphere by inoculating root with Bacillus subtillis LY-A and simultaneously increasing soil quality by treating soil with high carbon compost.
