Streptococcus sp. AD045-1 Genome sequencing. Streptococcus sp. AD045-1

A streptococcal strain, designated AD045-1, was isolated from the stool sample of a child with Atopic dermatitis. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA full-gene sequencing revealed highest sequence similarity to Streptococcus anginosus subsp. anginosus. Average nucleotide identity values between strain AD045-1 and Streptococcus anginosus subsp. anginosus NCTC 10713T was 94.6%. The highest digital DNA-DNA hybridization value with respect to the closest species was 58.1%.
