How aviation barodontalgia is measured and reported: a meta-research audit

This repository contains supporting report-level data and verification code for the manuscript “How aviation barodontalgia is measured and reported: a meta-research audit”. The package includes extracted study characteristics, coding rules, pre-consensus and consensus coding matrices, numerical consistency checks, criterion-count and sensitivity analyses, inter-rater agreement calculations, and bibliographic search, screening and retrieval records. No pooled prevalence was calculated. The Python code provides an additional implementation for reproducing the reported calculations; it is not the original R code used by the human statisticians. The methods record documents the actual development of the study retrospectively and does not constitute preregistration. Source article PDFs, licensed full-abstract database exports and individual participant data are not included. Licensing: The data and documentation are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). The Python verification source code is licensed under the MIT License.
