Effects of reductive soil disinfestation (RSD) treatment on soil bacterial community and ARGs profile.

The fluvo-aquic soil with serious ARGs enrichment was taken as the research object, and dazomet fumigation and RSD treatment of different materials were set up. Metagenomic sequencing was used to detect the changes of bacterial community structure, composition, and ARGs spectrum in different treated soils.
