Time course Pho/dSfmbt Chromatin Immunoprecipitation on Drosophila melanogaster embryos during embryogenesis

Genome-wide mapping of Drosophila melanogaster Pho and dSfmbt protein binding was performed in mesodermal embryonic nuclei using Batch isolate Tissue-specific Chromatin for Immunoprecipitation (BiTS-ChIP) protocol in transgenic line containing mesodermally driven tagged histone H2B. Two consecutive timepoints (4-6hrs, 6-8hrs after egg laying) were assayed for Pho, and one timepoint (6-8hrs after egg laying) for dSfmbt using one rabbit antibody per assessed protein. Two biological replicates were performed for each timepjoint.
