资源简介:
Data comprise the anonymised quantified results of the OASES RCT study. Data reflect individual participant behaviour during a vegetable and fruit tasting activity, conducted before (baseline) and after (follow-up) a six session sensory food education intervention ('Flavour School') delivered by school teachers during class time. Children were free to taste (or not) any/all of nine samples (7 vegetables, 2 fruit). Participants were individually video recorded during the activity. Primary outcomes were willingess-to-taste the foods offered, mean valence of facial expressions (positive/negative/neutral), termed 'Enjoyment', and a count of changes of facial expression, termed 'Expressiveness'.
