Host reproductive mode shapes symbiont dispersal and association strategies in lichen mutualisms

This dataset comprises multiple alignments of nuclear ITS rDNA sequences and mitochondrial SSU rDNA sequences of the fungal symbionts, as well as multiple alignments of nuclear ITS rDNA sequences of the algal symbionts from lichen specimens collected in the protected reserve Vinařická Mountain (Central Bohemia, Czech Republic). The alignments were built using MAFFT v6 with the Q‑INS‑i strategy.
