Metagenomics_of_lower_respiratory_tract_samples_from_the_Oxford_Airways_Study

Non-typable haemophilus influenzae (NTHi) is increasingly being recognised as an important driver of lung damage in the context of chronic lung disease. We will use targeted enrichment and deep metagenomic sequencing to capture the within host diversity of NTHi from respiratory samples collected from people with severe asthma or COPD.
