Using the current version of the bone deformation toolbox is possible to apply the following personalization to generic OpenSim models, such as gait2392 or the Rajagopal model:<ul> <li>modifying a femoral version angle leaving the kinematic and kinetic model unaltered.</li> <li>applying a torsional profile to the femur that modifies the knee joint alignment</li> <li>applying a torsional profile to the tibia that modifies the ankle joint alignment</li></ul>The tool is shared together with the scripts required to reproduce the results and figures of the associated publication.
