Dual transcriptome profiling of wheat and Magnaporthe oryzae Triticum during early infection

This project presents a dual RNA-seq analysis of wheat (Triticum aestivum) leaves infected with the wheat blast fungus Magnaporthe oryzae pathotype Triticum. Leaf samples were collected at 0, 24, 36, and 48 hours post inoculation (hpi), with mock-inoculated controls, to investigate temporal host-pathogen interaction dynamics.
