Messastrum gracile genomics study. Messastrum gracile strain:SE-MC4

The main goal of this study is to complete the first genome sequencing and assembly of Messastrum gracile. The complete genome of Messastrum gracile will be used for other omic approaches to further elucidate responsive genes. Messatrum gracile considered as suitable alternative sources for sustainable biodiesel development in the future.
