RNAseq of 3T3L1 cells undergoing differentiation

Confluency-arrested, undifferentiated 3T3-L1 cells were compared with differentiating cells at 24 hrs to assess the effect of differentiation on gene expression. Differentiation was induced by historical differentiation cocktail, ctrl (-DHA) differentiation cocktail, or DHA cocktail.
