Additional file 2. Summary of the quality of the sequencing data in this study (lncRNAs and circRNAs). Raw reads: statistics of raw sequence data. Clean reads: sequencing data after conditional filtering. Clean bases: the number of sequenced sequences is multiplied by the length of the sequence and converted to G units. Error rate: average base sequencing error rate. Q20, Q30: calculate the percentage of bases with phred values greater than 20 and 30 in the total bases, respectively. GC content: the sum of the number of bases G and C as a percentage of the total number of bases.
