资源简介:
This study examines how bone marrow (BM)-resident hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) are activated by bacterial insults for lineage specification to replenish the host hemato-immune system. We use the dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) colitis model to cause acute gut inflammation and observe molecular changes that occur in MPP2s, which expand both in the BM and MLN upon DSS treatment. One hundred MPP2s (LSKCD48+CD150+) were sorted from the bone marrow and mesenteric lymph nodes after mice were administered with either ddW or 2.5% DSS in the drinking water for 7 days. Samples were subjected to RNA-seq.
