This series contains files relating to the sale and transfer of Southern Hydro Limited. Terec Limited was a shell company that was formerly called Southern Hydro Limited. The company owned the Victorian Hydro assets (Dartmouth, Eilden, Kiewa etc). When the assets were sold the company structure was cleaned up and the company deregistered. Originally the shell company was to be registered as Still Waters Limited but the name was already in use.The files include: annual reports, board meetings, correspondence, agreement, accounts.
