This dataset explores factors influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty in public transport (PT), a critical mode of mobility that reduces traffic congestion, accidents, and pollution while promoting social and physical activities. Data from 179 respondents were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Key findings reveal that availability and safety/security positively impact user satisfaction, which in turn enhances loyalty.
