Supplemental Material file contains a listing of all supplemental materials as well as Table S1, listing of biotinylated subtraction oligonucleotides used for <i>C. albicans </i>ribosome profiling experiments, Table S2, number of genes showing significantly altered translational efficiency (TE) and RNA differential expression during the <i>C. albicans</i> yeast-filament transition, Figure S1, scatter plots showing consistency among Ribo-seq and RNA-seq biological replicates, Figure S2, gene ontology (GO) and network analysis of genes showing differential expression at the transcript level and Figure S3, volcano plot of genes showing differential expression at the transcript level during the <i>C. albicans</i> morphological transition. Dataset S1 contains TE and RNA DE data for annotated genes as well as potential novel genes and uORFs in<i> C. albicans </i>cells undergoing the yeast-filament transition. Dataset S2 contains GO data for genes showing alterations in TE and RNA DE during the <i>C. albicans</i> morphological transition as well as <i>C. albicans</i> genes possessing potential uORFs and ribosome pausing sites. Dataset S3 is a re-annotated <i>C. albicans</i> GTF file. Dataset S4 is a GTF file for potential novel <i>C. albicans</i> ORFs only. Dataset S5 provides a listing of <i>C. albicans</i> potential uORFs identified in this study (please note that potential uORFs identified for both alleles are shown). Dataset S6 contains a listing of potential novel <i>C. albicans</i> ORFs identified in this study. Dataset S7 contains a listing of <i>C. albicans</i> ribosome pausing sites identified in this study. <br>
