Scared Myself

资源简介:
Traditional psychological literature has long identified external fears—such as the fear of judgment, failure, or social rejection—as primary inhibitors of human potential. However, this paper posits that a more fundamental and pervasive barrier exists: the fear of oneself. This internal fear, often operating subconsciously, acts as a governor on an individual's innate emotional intensity and creative power. This work explores the hypothesis that true human flourishing is not achieved by merely overcoming external anxieties but by transcending this deeper, self-imposed limitation through the deliberate act of sublimation, which allows one to confront and productively channel their own emotional chaos.
