We studied the impact of organic amendments on the selection of bacterial, protozoan and fungal over time in soil and rhizosphere. Differences in diversity were established by inoculating this organic amendments into sterilized and unsterilized soils. We used 16S and 18S ribosomal RNA amplicon sequencing to determine the taxonomical structure of the soil microbiome to investigate the total and potentially active community.
