HPPIED

In order to provide a convenient and broad platform for research of human early embryo, we present the HPPIED (Pre and Peri-Implantation Embryo), a web-based single-cell transcriptomic database of human early embryo. The HPPIED contains 10 datasets about 29k cells at the single-cell level. Based on the integration of published literatures, we provide a visualization tool of detailed cell types and gene expression profiles.
