Bulk RNA-sequencing from mammary tumors of triple transgenic C57BL/6 mice expressing the MMTV-PyMT oncogene, the MMTV-Cre recombinase and PCBP1(fl/fl) constructs to induce a conditional knock-out of PCBP1 in mammary cells. The control mice expressed MMTV-PyMT MMTV-Cre and PCBP1(wt/wt). Animals were sacrificed at 18 weeks of age. Mammary tumors were collected and analyzed by RNA-seq.
