Wi-Fi coverage and LoRa/Meshtastic link measurements on an agricultural campus (Fatec Pompeia, Brazil): field data and reproducible pipeline
收藏资源简介:
Field measurements and code supporting a replicable methodology to map, over the same area, the coverage of a Wi-Fi network and the link quality of a low-cost LoRa mesh network (Meshtastic firmware). Case study: the campus of Fatec Pompeia, an agricultural college in Pompeia, São Paulo, Brazil. Wi-Fi walk survey: 854 GPS points, 46,999 readings (18 August 2026), anonymized (non-institutional network names replaced, BSSIDs hashed). 33 georeferenced single-hop LoRa/Meshtastic records (RSSI, SNR, position), 58–386 m from a fixed indoor node (30 September and 5 October 2026), plus one 2.3 km link test. Meshtastic Range Test bench logs, used to estimate packet delivery ratio. Python pipeline that reproduces every table, figure and number of the companion paper and checks each cited number against its output. Hardware: Heltec boards (ESP32-S3, SX1262), 3 dBi antennas, LONG_FAST preset (SF 11, 250 kHz). Cost per node: BRL 99. See README.md for the data dictionary, reproduction steps and limitations.
