SaneCite retraction census: post-retraction citations to 22,553 retracted biomedical papers (protocol, code and data)

Census of how retracted biomedical papers are cited after retraction. Every Retraction Watch retraction with a PubMed ID, retracted 1990-2023 (22,553 papers); 55,676 later citations read in open-access papers (51,614 judged, after the 20 Oct 2026 correction); each citing passage labelled by a three-model panel (cited as support, passing mention, flagged as retracted or unreliable). Includes the pre-registered protocol with all eleven dated amendments and the dated correction notes (15 and 20 Oct 2026), all analysis code, validation sets, every model label and every citing passage.
