Measurment data of urban thermal comfort in four neighborhoods in Santiago de Chile

measurment data of urban thermal comfort in four neighborhoods in Santiago de Chile. Contains: air temperature, relative humidity, horizontal global solar radiation, globe temperarture, wind speed, UTCI. It is separated in two excel files, one for static measurementes in twelve points (shade and exposed in parallel), five minutes interval for 3 hours. And the other file, walking pedestrian routes, 5 seconds interval for 45 minutes, one route for each neighborhood.
