Influence functions for a bimorph x-ray deformable mirror

These are the influence functions for a bimorph x-ray deformable mirror, measured at the Advanced Photon Source in 2019. The data was collected using a x-ray wavefront sensors, and the influence functions are the deformations of the wavefont at 14keV on-axis. variables: infFn: influence function for each of the 18 channels, in waves/V (lambda= 0.08856 nm) y_m: on-axis beam position in meters (the beam size is about 1mm, the grazing angle was 5 mrad) param: parameters of the wavefront reconstruction (for scaling) The data is in Matlab format (.mat)
