This is a retrospective study to analyze the antimicrobial resistance profile in cultures from patients admitted to an emergency unit. The data are from FMRP/USP (Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo) from 2014 to 2025 and compare the pre-, during, and post-COVID periods. In addition to descriptive analysis, machine learning models will be used to create early warnings of antimicrobial resistance drift. Pfizer data will be used as an external validator for the model.
