Utilizing a full length ZIKV peptide library, 18 ZIKV-specific CD4+ T cell epitopes were identified by ex vivo restimulation of splenocytes from ZIKV infected C57BL/6J mice (H2-b). Once epitopes were identified, they were assigned amino acid residue numbers based on the location of their start site within the polyprotein. Shaded in grey are the four immunodominant epitopes that were present both in the acute and memory responses to ZIKV.
