The dataset presents a continuous mapping of the shoreline contours in the Gallocanta Lake (NE Iberian Peninsula, Spain) along the period 1984-2020 with a sub-weekly frequency (2-5 days) together with the associated water elevation and water volume. The shorelines were obtained with subpixel accuracy by applying the extraction system SHOREX on freely-available images acquired by the satellites Sentinel-2 (sensor MSI), Landsat 5 (TM), Landsat 7 (EMT+), and Landsat 8 (OLI). At the same time, the mean elevation of the water level and the volumetric changes were respectively assigned and deduced for the same dates. This constitutes a valuable data package for robust analysis of the lake trends, as well as the response to rainfall events. Shapefiles of the lake contour appear in vector format (WGS 1984 / UTM Zone 30N, EPSG code: 32630) containing the associated elevation and volumetric information of each date.
