Cytolytic γδ T-cells and IFNγ-producing CD4-lymphocytes characterise the early response to MTBVAC tuberculosis vaccine

In this work, we performed in-depth analyses of the immune populations proliferating 7 days after encounter with MTBVAC. We found that CD4+ and gd T cells were the main populations expanded. PBMCs of 3 healthy donors were stimulated with MTBVAC for 7 days. Cells were used for scRNA-seq analysis (10x Immune Profiling protocol).
