竹酒富含K 元素。通过主成分分析和聚类分析的方法对竹酒14 种矿质元素进行分析得出，K 元素是表征竹酒矿质元素品质的关键指标之一。以K 元素为指标对竹酒的矿质元素品质进行验证发现，基酒在毛竹腔中封闭陈酿过程中，酒体中K 元素含量显著升高。本文研究结果为竹酒评价标准的建立提供了理论依据。
