KLF5 has been known as a lineage specific oncogene whose expression is up-regulated in gastrointestinal cancer and squamous cancer. Recent reports have shown that KLF5 gene expression may be regulated through the three-dimensional genome structure. Therefore, in this study, we try to identify the three-dimensional genome structure, which is established around KLF5 gene promoter by using enChIP (engineered DNA-binding molecule-mediated chromatin immunoprecipitation) method.
