Nuclear dynamics of the Set1C subunit Spp1 prepares meiotic recombination sites for break formation

This study investigates the nuclear localizations and dynamics of COMPASS proteins using ChIP-seq and competition ChIP. Overall design: 46 samples from ChIP-seq (Spp1 WT, Spp1 mutants, Bre2 with multiple time points, controls: input and NoTag) and 18 samples from competition ChIP-seq (Spp1-GFP and Spp1-MYC in multiple time points and replicates).
