资源简介:
As one of the main varieties of rice-fish farming systems, rice flower carp (Cyprinus carpio) has a wide variation in body mass, which limited the development of the aquaculture industry. To explore the molecular mechanism of rice flower carp growth, Muscle from 20-month-old individuals with different sizes (the fastest-growing group (Mmax group) and the slowest-growing group (Mmin group)) was used for transcriptome analysis and muscle histological studies. The transcriptome sequencing of 18 individuals yielded 334,236,654 clean reads and a total of 49.83 Gb of data. A total of 28,186 unigenes were generated after all the clean reads were assembled and extra reads were removed. And the number of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in muscle was 403. Of which, 157 DEGs were up-regulated and 246 DEGs were down-regulated. Nine unigenes related Ubiquitin-proteasome pathway were obtained by differential expression analysis, which indicated that the Ubiquitin-proteasome pathway is related to the growth of rice flower carp.
