Single cell RNA sequencing of human PDAC-derived PDX Overall design: Three treatment samples of PDAC-003 ( CTRL, MCM-treatment, ETO-treatment) were labeled with HTO1 (-GTCAACTCTTTAGCG-), HTO2 (-TGATGGCCTATTGGG-), HTO3(-TTCCGCCTCTCTTTG-) separately, Subsequently pooled three treatments from same PDAC samples together. As for PDAC-002 and PDAC-021 samples, two treatments (CTRL, MCM-treatment) were labeled with HTO1 (-GTCAACTCTTTAGCG-) and HTO2 (-TGATGGCCTATTGGG-) . CTRL of PDAC-002 and PDAC-021, MCM-treatment of PDAC-002 and PDAC-021 were pooled together separately.
