Diarrhea is the most common disease that harms cattle health. The main causes of cattle diarrhea are intestinal pathogenic microbial infection and intestinal microbial disorder. At present, there is limited information on the fecal microbiome of cattle with diarrhea. Our study is to explore the characteristics of the virome and bacteriome of cattle with diarrhea and their mutual pathogenic cooperation under different environmental and host conditions.
