SaTScan input files for spatiotemporal analysis of dengue serotype co-circulation in Mexico, 2020–2025

This dataset contains the input files required to reproduce the spatiotemporal analysis of dengue serotype co‑circulation in Mexico from January 2020 to December 2025 using SaTScan software. It includes one population file (POP), one geographic coordinates file (GEO), one aggregated case file containing all serotypes (CAS), and four serotype‑specific case files (DENV‑1, DENV‑2, DENV‑3, and DENV‑4). Cases correspond to PCR‑confirmed dengue diagnoses reported across Mexican municipalities. The associated manuscript, “Spatiotemporal co‑circulation of four dengue serotypes across Mexico, 2020–2025: a space‑time scan analysis,” is currently under review.
