Utilizing space-air-ground integrated technology, this dataset conducts surveys targeting garlic cultivation across China, and provides remote sensing services covering planting area, spatial layout and distribution, as well as yield status. The services include satellite imagery, with the coverage scope being major garlic-producing regions nationwide. Deliverables include *National Garlic Cultivation Remote Sensing Monitoring Survey Report*, *National Garlic Cultivation Spatial Layout Map*, and *National Garlic Cultivation Scale Map*. This initiative supports the garlic industry and promotes the high-level integration of its industrial chain, supply chain, and value chain.
