Derived source data and code for HLA-context-dependent IFNG candidate prioritization

This dataset and code package supports the manuscript, “HLA-context-dependent prioritization identifies two public-ligand-supported IFNG candidate regions in anti-IFN-gamma autoantibody disease.” The archive contains derived machine-readable source tables supporting the main and supplementary figures, a human-readable supplementary workbook, reproducible analysis and figure-generation scripts, an analysis-provenance record, and SHA-256 checksums. All evidence tables were derived from publicly available, previously published HLA association, HLA-II immunopeptidomics, protein-structure, and peptide-prediction resources. Original public resources are identified by PMID, database accession, or source reference in the accompanying audit tables. No new human participants, clinical specimens, individual-level identifiable data, RFU data, PBMC data, FCS files, simulated/training data, or third-party raw database downloads are included. These materials support candidate prioritization for HLA-stratified experimental testing. They do not establish direct patient presentation, peptide-specific T-cell recognition, linked B-cell help, or disease causality.
