Survey for collaborative adaptation to COVID-19 crisis, in optometry education in India.

This is the dataset of a nationwide online survey, conducted during lockdown conditions due to COVID-19 pandemic in India. This survey was conducted to find adaptations done by optometry educators to the lockdown conditions, transforming the educational system from the brick mortar system to competency-based online education.
