This presents raw inferential statistical data to explore what pushes consumers to include game meat in their diet.The significance of rational motives related to the quality attributes of game meat for consumers (i.e. health benefits, availability, cost, meat safety, and production ethics) was analysed using statistical analysis based on the structural equation modelling using AMOS software, version 28. Reliability and validity were confirmed. The outcomes obtained from this dataset show the relationship between health benefits, availability, cost and production ethics had a positive and a significant impact on game meat consumption. However, food safety proved to have a negative and insignificant influence on actual game meat consumption.
