Differential expression analysis from autologous pair of epithelial and fibroblast cells established from oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma patients

In order to obtain differetially expressed genes between epithelial and fibrroblast cells, we established two autologous pair cell lines (MhCT12-F/E and MhCT08-F/E, where F - Fibroblast and E - Epithelial) from two non-habitual females diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. After detailed characterization (PMID 35796014) of the cell lines, they were subjected to RNA-sequencing and the data was analysed further. Overall design: Differential gene expression profiling analysis from RNA-seq data of autologous pair epithelial and fibroblast cells from a patient diagnosed with tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
