Dataset for Spin-dependent photovoltage in graphene/MoS2-based field-effect transistors

This dataset contains the raw data used in the article "Spin-dependent photovoltage in graphene/MoS2-based field-effect transistors". The measurements were performed in the terahertz (THz) frequency range under applied magnetic fields to investigate electron spin resonance (ESR) phenomena in graphene/MoS₂ heterostructures. The data include signals and related parameters used to produce the figures in the paper. Each .dat file corresponds to a specific measurement condition (e.g., frequency, magnetic field strength) and is referenced in the manuscript figures.
