The Aux/IAA family of transcriptional repressors are pivotal in auxin signaling and regulate various aspects of plant growth and development. This project aims to elucidate the downstream molecular network regulated by the auxin repressor NbIAA16 (NbL11g16610.1) in Nicotiana benthamiana. We performed high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to generate comprehensive transcriptome profiles of wild-type plants and transgenic lines constitutively overexpressing NbIAA16. This dataset will serve as a resource for identifying key genes and pathways modulated by NbIAA16, providing insights into its role in coordinating plant growth and stress responses.
