Aligned sequence data from the study Brown et al. 2019, "Systematics of the Ameerega rubriventris complex (Anura: Dendrobatidae) with descriptions of two new cryptic species from the East-Andean versant of Peru", Zootaxa. The file concatenated_UCEs.phylip contains concatenated and aligned nuclear UCE for all relevant samples in the study in addition to a few outgroups.
