RNA-seq data from T cells in vitro

Comparison of athymic T cells generated in vitro with iPSC-derived recent thymic emigrant (iRTE) generated from 3D thymic culture and natural splenocytes. Overall design: We generated CD4+CD8+ T cells on OP9-DL1, CD8+ T cells on OP9-DL1, and CD8+ T cells in 3D thymic culture. We compared them with naive CD8+ T cells from a spleen. Cells were recovered by FACS based on expression of CD45, CD8, CD4, and TCRab, as well as being negative for a dump gate including NK1.1, TCRgd, CD11c.
