SF7 ChromHMM ZmRootTipStates

Zipped files of ChromHMM states. Zipped output files for two series, one WITH RT (DNA Replication Timing inputs from Repli-seq 2017 Wear et al. Plant Cell), one WITHOUT RT. The 8 other inputs included in both series are from HS Akram et al,. (2025). Zipped files have the ChromHMM outputs for state-numbers 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12. The 6-state outputs include additional intersection analysis files, as described in the manuscript. Zipped & uploaded July 2, 2025, HWB.
