A Method for Improving the Optical Property of Paper by Using the Composite Structure of Filler and Fiber

This invention discloses a method for improving the optical properties of paper by using the composite structure of filler and fiber， which belongs to the technical field of paper making. It includes: 1) repulping， thicken it and make it into slurry; 2) preparation of filler suspension and fully stir and disperse it; 3) mix the filler suspension with the slurry and dilute it with water until the total solid content concentration of the system is 9% ~ 12% to get the mixed slurry; 4) refining the mixed slurry to a final beating degree of 30-50° SR; 5) first， dilute the refined mixed slurry to a concentration of 0.1% ~ 0.3%， then add retention aid， and finally press and dry the formed wet paper. The method of this invention for preparing filled paper can effectively improve the brightness and light scattering coefficient of finished paper and achieve the effect of improving the optical properties while maintaining the strength properties of finished paper.
