Replication Data for: protein array of "Replicative Senescence in Mesenchymal Stem Cells: An In Vitro Study on Mitochondrial Dynamics and Metabolic Alterations"

Conditioned media from bMSCs (1.5 × 106) were collected after 3 days of culture. After centrifugation, the media were used to incubate the membrane on which 40 antibodies against proteins involved in inflammation were spotted in duplicate (ARY005B, RayBiotech, Norcross, GA, USA). The densitometric analysis of each spot of the array was analyzed with ImageLab software (Bio-Rad).
