Source data to: Wunderling et al. Triglyceride cycling Nature Metabolism 2023

This dataset refers to the publication: Wunderling et al., Triglyceride cycling enables modification of stored fatty acids, Nature Metabolism 2023. It contains two subfolders. One of them contains mass spectrometry raw files and processed data, organized into subfolders by Figure number of the publication. Each of the Figure subfolders contains a Readme file with further specific informations. The other main level subfolder contains the LipidXplorer mfql search files. This subfolder is again organized into lower level folders. It contains a Readme file that explains the details of organization of mfql files into the folders and their use.
